La Quaintrelle is pleased to offer a flat shipping rate for both Canadian and United States’ customers for up to five items. The same flat rate fee will be applied again for the next five items. Outlined below are Canada Post delivery times to various North American destinations from shipping date. Once you’ve paid for your order and it’s been shipped (1-2 days from order date), you will be emailed a confirmation email telling you so. The estimated delivery date is based on the chart below. Please ensure your shipping address and postal code information is correct. If your item is undeliverable and is returned to us, you will not be refunded the shipping fee. Please note that shipping times are estimates only. A business day is Monday to Friday, and Canada Post holidays are not considered a working day.
