Returns

At La Quaintrelle, it’s our priority to keep our customers happy, and of course, that means we want you to feel and look great in your dress.  Therefore, if you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, return it to us, no questions asked.  It’s as simple as that!

Based on where you are, we’ve provided simple instructions for how to get your product refunded.

Canadian Customers 

Refund Instructions

1. Include your invoice and circle the item(s) that you are returning.
2. Pack the item in its original packaging (or the enclose poly bag) and seal it securely.  Email us and we will email to you a prepaid shipping confirmation.  Print this and affix the top portion to the outside of your package.  Then take it to any Canada Post outlet.  Note:  The item must be unworn and must be returned to us within 7 days of having received your order.  The amount of $7 will be deducted from your final refund amount.

 United States Customers

Refund instructions

1. Include your invoice and circle the item(s) that you are returning.
2. Pack the item in its original packaging and seal it securely.  We recommend United States Postal Service to return your item, as it is the most economical.  Please record your tracking number.  Note:  The item must be unworn and must be returned to us within 7 days of having received your order.  The amount of $15 will be deducted from your final refund amount.
