FAQ's

Q. How do I pay for my purchase?

A. Once you’ve placed your items in the shopping cart, you will be directed to Paypal’s secure website to complete your purchase.  Once there, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information.  It’s not necessary to have a Paypal account.  Here are step by step instructions:


Step 1: Once items are in your shopping cart, select your location so that shipping fees can be determined.  Then click “recalculate”.  The final amount owing will be displayed.

 

Step 2: Select “go to payments”, enter your name and shipping information, click “continue”.

 

Step 3: Confirm your shipping information and click “continue”.  You will now be directed to the Paypal secure payment site.  Login if you have a Paypal account.  If not, proceed as a guest.

 

Step 4: Enter your credit card information and the security code located on the back of the card and then click "Review Order and Continue".

Step 5: Review your order and click 'Pay Now' and your payment will be processed.

 
 

Q. I don't have a credit card. Can I still buy your products?

A. If you don't have a credit card, you can still pay by Interac Email Money Transfer (EMT), which is available to anyone in Canada who has an online banking account.  If you would like to pay by this method, please email us at info@laquaintrelle.ca for instructions.

 
 

Q. Can I pay with my debit card?

A. No, you cannot pay with your debit card, but you can pay with an Interac Email Money Transfer (EMT). Please email info@laquaintrelle.ca to inquire and obtain instructions.

 

 

 

Q.  Can I change or cancel my order?

A. Yes, if you contact us before your order is prepared for shipping, we would gladly change or cancel it for you.  It’s important that you contact us within 4-6 hours of your order placement time. 

 

Q.  Do you restock sold out items? 

 

A. If there is sufficient demand for a dress and if it’s available, we would certainly consider restocking, but cannot make a guarantee.  Please send us an email to inquire. 

 
 

Q.  Can you alter a dress for me?

A. Sorry, we are unable to alter a dress in any way.

 

 

Q. When will my order be shipped?

A. Orders will be sent out the same or the next business day, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

 
 

Q. What happens if Canada Post cannot deliver my package?

A. If you provide incomplete or incorrect shipping information, (forget apartment number, etc.) or if you refuse the package, it will be returned to La Quaintrelle and return shipping will be billed to us.  In this instance, we will refund your original order cost, excluding the original shipping fee. 

 
 

Q. How will my order be shipped?

A. All orders are sent by Canada Post.
